When you come to join us at Fespa, you will not only see us demonstrate the entire range of products and the below mentioned new products, but we will also show different textile print applications. During the exhibition, we will show flags, banners, carpet, art, lamp shades, pillows, backlit panels, dresses and more. All produced with HPS machinery. Our 'stand-girls' will wear promotional satin dresses. Our sales team will explain what it means to be 'green' and will explain the details of the HPS 'platform approach'. Moreover, we will ask you to 'show your colors' and have us print samples with the spotcolors you wish to use on fabric.

The above image is a rendered preview of the stand design. The stand size is 22x8mtr. From right to left, you see: ColorBooster XL 320s, ColorFix XL 320, ColorBooster MP 230v, ColorWash 230-4, ColorEdge 230f. The ceiling is composed of flag material used as banners. Every banner is printed in one run (eg. 22x3mtr) in a full coverage spotcolor. The floor is composed of standard carpet and printed polyester carpet with a dessin of spotcolors (22x2mtr). The hospitality area is a showcase of backlit polyester, full color pillows and other product applications.





At Fespa Digital, Hollanders Printing Systems will introduce 3 new products.

Most noticeable is the new head configuration of the ColorBooster XL 320s. Is the current edition of the ColorBooster equipped with the well known and proven technology of the Epson head, the latest edition carries the SII variable drop industrial head with 508 nozzles. With our newly developed water based inkset of 6 colors (CMYK, Violet, Orange), HPS enables high speed superior quality printing on textile media. The ColorBooster XL can be upgraded with additional or different heads when the need arises. This allows for different color sets and speeds.

The ColorBooster XL 320s also includes modules for on-line service and maintenance. Every single component of the machine is connected to an IP network. Data is collected from power supplies, gearboxes, transport system, temperature and humidity control, etc. A built-in server runs a diagnostic log agent and provides technical feedback of the state of the machine. Owners, operators and support engineers can remotely connect to the system and can be notified when needed. A built-in webcam enables direct remote assistance, but can also be used to check on unattended production.

In the same line of making it easier and quicker to control the printer, our new "PowerPurge" system allows for easy head cleaning. Within a minute, almost on the fly, it's possible to clean the heads. This means less down-time and higher print quality.

Another benefit of the ColorBooster XL is its modular approach to retrofitting. Why exchange hardware that is still fully functional and can last for another couple of years? Why not only exchange those parts that need to be exchanged? HPS minds the environment, the economics of running a machine and the ease of upgrading.




As with the 2.3mtr ColorFix, HPS offers high speed non-contact infra-red fixation, now in 3.2mtr media width. Compared to other fixation/sublimation systems, the ColorFix uses less energy. In addition, it doesn't produce waste paper as with heat press systems and it doesn't need the energy and water as with steamers. Only a few minutes are needed to heat up and the automatic switch-off sensor makes sure that you will not use more electricity than needed.
