Based on the same proven technology as the ColorBooster 230v now comes the ColorBooster XL 320v and ColorBooster XL 320s: a 3.2mtr wide direct to textile printer. With a footprint of 1.5mtr depth, 5.5mtr width and 2mtr height, it's the big brother of the 2.3mtr ColorBooster range.
The XL platform introduces a modular approach to building printers. Today, you could need a 2x4 CMYK set-up with Epson heads; tomorrow, you could need a 2x6 multi-color set-up with Seiko heads. If a customer needs more heads, different colors, higher speeds or different specifications, Hollanders Printing Systems can quickly and easily change the configuration of the print engine, without changing the rest of the hardware. For the first time ever, it's possible to tailor a machine to the requirements of the print production of a customer.

Besides the disperse direct inkset that needs high energy fixation and offers high uv resistancy and highest quality in a wide color gamut, HPS offers a solution based on sublimation ink that uses low energy fixation and offers sign quality, speed and color gamut.
ColorBooster XL 320v-s4.2 - "The Indoor Soft-Signage Printer"
Sublimation ink is being used in this original ColorBooster 8 head, 2xCMYK configuration. Perfect for indoor applications such as pop/pos, display and soft signage. Bright colors, less uv resistance as with disperse inks.
ColorBooster XL 320v-d4.2 - "The All-Round Indoor/Outdoor Printer"
Same configuration as the 320s-v4.2 with 2xCMYK, but with disperse direct ink. Ideal for outdoor application that doesn't need full color gamut. High uv resistance.
ColorBooster XL 320v-d8.1 - "The Flag Specialist"
This edition provides the original ColorBooster quality with 8 heads running 8 disperse inks. Perfect for highest quality outdoor production.
ColorBooster XL 320s-d6.2 - "High Speed Flag and Banner Printer"
The all new edition of the ColorBooster XL. Included is a new set of 12 SII heads, running 2x6 colors of disperse direct ink (CMYK, Gray, Violet).
