HPS Customer Service Area |
The customer service area is the portal to background information, technical reference, bug entry system and other tools for a registered user of HPS products. Information about service assistance, support requests and technical background information can be acquired by contacting the HPS Support Department.
With the latest release of the ColorBooster XL platform, HPS includes with its printer range direct remote assistance using a low level component logging agent, built-in webcam system and a secure/encrypted remote access facility. This allows HPS and its customers to remotely diagnose the machine state at any given moment and prevent downtime due to hardware, software or operator failure.
HPS furthermore offers service packages, operator and technical training, color management training and on-site production assistance to those customers requiring additional support.
